Executive Accounts Payable Ops GSC's.

Principal responsibilities:

  • Individual Contributor supporting UAE Accounts Payable process.
  • Understand business requirements and ensure service delivery in line with agreed service level agreements and business expectations in general.
  • Acquire complete understanding of relevant process and monitor the queues.
  • Ability to handle escalations and complaints and resolve complex process related queries
  • Monitoring 'Service Quality' of the process to ensure high Customer Service Standards.
  • Produce, analyze and interpret MI to support/improve performance.
  • Identify and escalate potential showstoppers and provide solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for process reengineering / improvement and initiate bestpractice sharing.
  • Understand the control environment and drive / implement controls
  • Ensure compliance with Audit requirements for respective area
  • Build professional relationship with colleagues in the related process and other areas
Requirements

Requirements:

  • A Commerce Post Graduate with 3+ years of experience or B.Com with 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable function. (E)


 Good Communication skills
  • Both verbal and written in English (E)
  • Knowledge of end to end Accounts payable activities. (preferred)
  • Good analytical, statistical and data mining skills to study trends, make projections and to interpret numeric information (preferred)
  • Knowledge and experience in planning and organizing techniques as well as in problem solving techniques (preferred)
  • Ensure control processes are in place to maintain data integrity
  • Ability to build rapport within team and relate to a wide range of people.
  • Flexible to work in shift s (E)
