We're seeking a creative writer to craft engaging, informative technical content for print and digital audiences.

You'll collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) experts from multiple teams, analyze complex topics, and transform them into SEO-friendly masterpieces.

You will develop collaterals and empower us to continue having an engaging web and social presence. Bonus points for Surfer SEO and other optimization tools

The writer uses stronger verbs and emphasizes the creative aspects of the role. S/he also shortens the sentence structure and keeps it concise.

Desired Qualification:
Bachelor's/master's degree in communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, Technical Writing, Engineering, etc.

Experience:
Total work experience of 3+ years as SEO Content Writer, Copy Writer, Journalist, or similar role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Unleash your creativity on technical subjects (no AI dependence here)
  • Gather and analyze technical information from various sources to create desired content.
  • Write technical content for our websites, video scripts, blog posts, brochures, newsletters, training, white papers, project profiles, press releases, case studies, flyers, social media, etc.
  • Research industryrelated topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies).
  • Write clear marketing content to promote our services and create brand awareness using SEO guidelines.
  • Create and update website content as and when needed.
  • Work closely with the Design & Digital Marketing teams to create content for various campaigns or events.

Technical Writing Skills:

  • Proven experience creating wellresearched, informative content on technical subjects.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information into clear, concise, and engaging writing.
  • Experience tailoring content to the specific needs and interests of target audiences. (e.g., clients, IT professionals, employees).
  • Experience with various writing styles for different formats (e.g., blog posts, white papers, user manuals).
  • Can generate SEOcompliant technical content strictly with no AI intervention.
  • Well versed with English grammar

SEO Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and principles.
  • Experience optimizing content for search engines, including keyword research, onpage optimization, content structure, titles, tag/meta description creation, and headers.
  • Experience with incorporating relevant keywords naturally into written content without AI support.
  • Experience crafting SEOfriendly titles, meta descriptions, and headers.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with technical SEO concepts (optional, but a plus).

Content Planning and Collaboration:

  • Experience planning and creating content calendars.
  • Understanding different content formats (e.g., social media, blog posts, white papers, case studies) and their purpose in SEO strategy.
  • Excellent research and informationgathering skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., marketing, engineering) and subject matter experts (SMEs)
  • Expertise in conveying technical concepts with accuracy and relevance to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

Additional Skills:

  • Proficiency in using Surfer SEO or similar SEO optimization tools is a strong plus.
  • Uptodate knowledge of current SEO trends and algorithms.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress (a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving ability, and presentation skills.
