As Finance Services Delivery-Procure to Pay Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring performance of the Data Service Delivery Team and optimising delivery of services to customers through continuous improvement and implementation of process efficiencies.

These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Work closely with Network Change Senior Analyst to support decision making surrounding New Process implementation and drive the closure of open issues and escalations to ensure preventative measures are in place to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Provide Technical support to Senior Data Analysts and Data Administrators and provide support for root cause analysis and identify and deliver process improvements within Data Services.
  • Daily Performance monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and identifying process improvements or training requirements of Data Team.
  • Liaise with IT to resolve einvoice and interface hard errors to ensure continuity of einvoicing and financial matching process and run reports to monitor performance, data correctness and alignment across multiple systems.
  • Ensure all initiatives follow the Change Framework; Diagnose, Design, Implement, Embed & Grow and Learning & Engagement process.
  • Support delivery of training and attend cross functional workshops.
  • Coordinate the resolution of escalations relating to Data Services and ensuring solution is fit for purpose and prevents reoccurrence using Accelerated Delivery Program (ADP) approach.
  • Provide full visibility of data performance to the Service Delivery Manager through agreed reporting tools and KPI's and clear and effective communication.
  • Operate internal controls and regulatory compliance through applicable policies, procedures and processes.
  • Support the development of team capabilities in system usage creating a culture of high performance.
  • Build effective relationships with system vendor and work cross functionally with key areas such as Global Support Functions and Local Operating Companies (LOC's), Logistics, Finance and Supply Chain teams.

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • High School diploma
  • 1+ years of experience in Data Services operations
  • Experience in data set up and maintenance to support sales order processing and finance modules

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience managing and maintaining integrity of large volumes of data
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully resolve customer issues
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Good communication skills, focusing on customer requirements
