HBR Layout th Block, Karnataka, India Altius Hospital Full time
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registrar in OBGY department at Altius Hospitals, Bengaluru. The Registrar will be responsible for providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients. They will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

  • Accompany consultants in rounds and executing their orders.
  • Assisting in OT / therapy / medication and other specialized medical care for treatment and prevention of illness
  • Management of postoperative patients in recovery room / ward / ICU
  • Ward and labour room management.
  • Record patient medical and treatment histories
  • Assist in treating women during prenatal, natal and postnatal periods as per the orders of the consultant
  • Coordination with nursing staff in delivering quality patient care.
  • Handling case sheets and preparation of discharge summaries & other duties as assigned.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and progress during their stay in the hospital
  • To perform any job / task as assigned by the superior
  • To adhere to safety norms of the hospital and follow both patient and staff safety rules
  • To participate and contribute to departmental quality initiative.
  • To attend night calls / duties as per the requirement of the department

General Competencies

  • Strong knowledge and experience in obstetric and gynecological care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a teambased healthcare environment

Qualification

  • MBBS degree with a specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Registration and license to practice as a medical professional in India

Experience

  • 0 to 1 year

From ₹70,000.00 per month
