Cloud Install Support Specialist,

who will assist customers through a complex process and drive the outcomes necessary for the ultimate success.

ResponsibilitiesWork directly with the customer to gather technical requirementsCapture requirements and build systemAbility to test the system buildAs required, provide phone registration support for customerProvision of customer training sessions, i.e.

Pre-Go Live Admin training session and Post Go Live Admin training sessionFollowing Go Live, provide customer technical support for a one-week period to confirm with customer there are no further outstanding issues prior to transitioning to ongoing support services team, i.e.

Day 2 supportRequirementsA professional communicator with excellent telephone skills; must be fluent in written and spoken Japanese and EnglishStrong organizational skills and administrative background in a fast-paced environmentLogical and analytical approach to problem-solving skillsVery detail-oriented with time management skillsProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookStrong work ethic and time management skillsTechnical aptitudeQualifications:Minimum of 1 year related experience with a Technical diplomaKnowledge of VoIP technology and terminologyFamiliarity with telecommunications cloud based system programming.

Initial configuration of user system, e.g. user programming, and SIP trunk provisioning would be preferredTechnical knowledge of Linux/Unix, Networking and VM Ware is desired.
Advanced Troubleshooting skills with knowledge of Wireshark would be an asset.
Linux red hat distributions would be an asset.
