You will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals who are interested in pursuing their higher education at Chandigarh University.


Job Description:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, answering questions related to the admissions process, academic programs, financial aid, and campus life.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to develop and implement recruitment strategies, including attending college fairs, high school visits, and other recruitment events.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students and track their progress through the admissions process.
  • Stay uptodate on university policies, programs, and admission requirements to effectively counsel students and address their concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of higher education admissions processes and procedures
  • Experience in college admissions or related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in using technology and various digital platforms for communication and data management
