Purpose of the Role:

To lead the development of next generation distributed platforms, aligning resources and delivery with business growth and diversification, while significantly improving product quality and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities:

Innovative and pushing the boundaries of what is possible in technology. Proven track record of evaluating and integrating new technologies to solve complex problems Cultivate an environment of continuous engineering improvement through mentoring, feedback, and metrics. Proficiency in designing and architecting complex, scalable and distributed systems. Proven experience leading large, complex projects from conception to deployment. Experience working closely with product managers, UX/UI designers and other stakeholders to align technical goals with business objectives. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Ability to set technical direction and lead architectural discussions and decisions. Communicate to senior leaders regarding strategy direction and changes. Ability to design and architect complex, scalable, and distributed systems using microservices architecture. Extensive experience with Pega Platform, including Pega PRPC, Pega BPM and Case Management Pega Certified System Architect (CSA), Pega Certified System Architect (CSSA), or Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) are highly desirable. Proficiency in developing backend services using Java Spring framework, Spring Boot and Hibernate In-depth experience with front-end frameworks, specifically , including hooks, state management (e.g. Redux), and component lifecycle. Advanced knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL. Proficiency in setting up and managing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration. Strong understanding of DevOps principles, including monitoring, logging, and alerting with tools like Prometheus, Grafana and ELK Stack Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience) Typically, 12+ years of professional Software development experience, including significant experience with Pega, Java and React. A Full-stack expert having expertise in building web applications revolving around technology stacks like Pega, Java, JavaScript, React JS, Node JS, Springboot, Spring, Kafka, Redis etc. Also, in-depth knowledge on Application design, Testing capabilities, Design & building Microservices. Extensive hands-on experience building distributed applications and managing the development of complex, large scale enterprise applications and products that require a deep understanding of application logic and dependencies. Proven ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization, and in a variety of contexts.
