Responsibilities :

  • Lead the setup and expansion of the entire business unit, focusing on market positioning strategies.
  • Establish and develop a competent team.
  • Manage client relationships and communication effectively.
  • Drive customer acquisition both in India and overseas.
  • Forge partnerships with major IT service providers.

Essential Skills :

  • Demonstrated experience in overseeing large-scale Testing Service projects, accountable for delivery and financial performance.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Testing domain including Technical and Functional aspects, with the ability to build diverse testing teams and manage various testing phases.
  • Proficient in English communication, both oral and written.
  • Oversight of project delivery, collaborating with team leaders and managers to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.

  • The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, quick to learn, adaptable, ready to take ownership, and dedicated to delivering high-quality work promptly.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through automation and process enhancements.
  • Drive increased automation levels and productivity enhancements.
  • Explore and introduce innovative testing solutions, advocating for them among current clients.
