Senior Dot Net Developer
Experience: 5 Years onwards of relevant experience in Dot Net

Joining:
Immediate, Location: Changodar ( Ahmedabad)
Duties & Responsibilities

  • Strong experience in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Software Development
  • Deep knowledge of .Net framework, web as well as desktop-based multi-tier applications.
  • Excellent Programming skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in pharma / healthcare is a plus
  • Experience in leading development teams is a plus
  • Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable software applications using the .NET framework.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand software requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Blend of individual contributor and a lead is a plus
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and company guidelines.
  • Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality, error-free software.
  • Contribute to the design and architecture of software systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with the architecture team to define and implement best practices for system design.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, product management, and business analysts, to ensure effective collaboration throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Participate in planning, development and architecture discussions.
  • Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Provide support for production systems as needed

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, and provide recommendations for the adoption of new tools and techniques.
  • Contribute to the design and architecture of software systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with the architecture team to define and implement best practices for system design.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, code comments, and knowledge base articles.
  • Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to the development team.
Required Qualification
Bachelors/Master Degree in Computer Science or related field
