RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Act as a mentor and guide for potential learners, providing career advice and insights into how upGrad can boost their professional journey.
  • Offer personalized career counseling to potential learners, helping them map out their career path and showcasing how upGrad can support their aspirations.
  • Meet weekly enrollment, revenue, and collection targets to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  • Showcase the unique value and effectiveness of upGrad's online/blended learning model to potential learners.
  • Handle the entire sales process for assigned leads, from initial contact to product demos, deal closures, and post-sales relationship building.
  • Maintain a detailed record of lead interactions in the CRM system, providing ongoing input to the marketing team for improving lead quality.

BASIC ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of B2C sales experience, with at least 1 year in a single company.
  • Prior experience in selling education products [Preferred].
  • Minimum graduation or above, with qualifications from relevant backgrounds preferred:
    • For Data/Tech/AI programs: Engineering, Computer Science, BCA.
    • For Management programs: BBA, Management, BSc, BCom & any other graduation program.
  • Previous experience of working a 6-day work week.
  • Currently functioning as an individual contributor.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving targets in the current role.
