Founded by the Vaidya family, whose expertise spans 150 years of Ayurvedic heritage, their formulations and knowledge for Ayurvedic Products have been passed down from generation to generation through dedicated practice.

Today, the company owns 100+ FDA approved, proprietary formulations for Ayurvedic medicine. Products sold online (owned channel i.e. and third party channels i.e. Amazon, Nykaa, Netmeds, Medlife, Pharmeasy etc.) as well as >500 offline stores (including Noble Plus, Twenty Four Seven etc.).

Do you have a passion for helping others achieve optimal health through expert guidance? Are you a creative and engaging communicator with a strong understanding of the science behind food?Responsibilities:Conduct expert consultations, assessing individual needs and health goals.

Understand and empathize with customer's pain points, customize the pitch to suit the customer's needs, and propose the usage of orthocare products through a consultative sales approach.

Priming of leads and follow-up for further development and closure.
Close sales and achieve the monthly/weekly targets.
Ensure adherence to entries into CRM and capture softer insights from the conversation for CRM entries.
Develop evidence-based dietary & lifestyle recommendations tailored to various needs.
Create engaging and informative content on nutrition, health, and wellness for our website, social media, and marketing materials.

Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and research in the field of nutrition and translate that knowledge into actionable strategies for our customers.

Deliver educational workshops or webinars on various healthcare topics.

Qualifications & Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Ayurveda, Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
A Master's degree or a relevant national qualification is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical and teleconsulting role in a digital health setting.
Strong understanding of human physiology, biochemistry, and medical science.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
Passion for health and wellness and a genuine desire to help others improve their lives through expert advice.
Experience with CRM systems.
Highly motivated and achievement-oriented, incentives-driven mindset.
