Saltmine is a B2B SaaS startup rebuilding the $300B workplace design industry from the ground up.

We are combining modern technology with deep industry expertise to transform the process of workplace strategy to programming to design & costing.

The Saltmine platform connects and improves the entire process by which workplace strategy, programming, test-fitting and design are performed.

We've transformed what is traditionally a linear, expensive and time-consuming undertaking into a seamless cloud-based platform that uses analytics and contextual collaboration to enable our clients to select real estate and deliver spaces on time and on budget.


Within the past year our team has grown by 50% to 120 employees globally with offices in San Francisco, Washington DC, Singapore, Budapest & Vietnam - with an incredibly talented group of employees from the likes of Google, Autodesk, JLL and Gensler.

We have closed our Series A funding round (one of the biggest in South-east Asia) from marquee VC firms from Singapore & US.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build a product and material palette/catalog to meet various client's needs on Saltmine platform
  • Help Customer Success and Sales to secure potential client with Various testfit options for client demo
  • Ongoing customer support: provide support to current customers and get them to familiar with Saltmine follow our own processes
  • Assist in converting core and shell of buildings and client's existing offices and design on Saltmine to help our client visualize their offices in both 2D and 3D.
  • Build a "block" catalog for our G2000 clients that consist of various rooms & spaces to be ready to use for their own design
  • Collaborate on projects with project managers, customer success, sales, product, modeling, CAD, Revit and Rendering team as required
  • Participate in project meetings and client presentations as needed
  • Develop Saltmine design app with tech and product team using your own experiences

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Ideally 1+ years of experience as fulltime interior designer and experience across platforms like AutoCAD, Revit, 3DS Max and Sketchup
  • Proficiency in Autocad, Sketchup software (intermediate to expert level)
  • High attention to detail is a must
  • Organized and able to track multiple work streams and prioritize tasks by urgency / impact
  • Ability to manage interior design initiatives and provide critical feedback
  • Eagerness to work within a collaborative team environment on a number of projects
  • Hard working and selfmotivated with ability to work with mínimal supervision
  • Fast learner must be able to become an expert on the Saltmine Design platform within a week
  • Good understanding of materials and products used in Interior Design
  • Good understanding of zoning principles, diagram in office design (nice to have)
