Job Responsibilities:

  • Create, enhance and maintain Framework Manager models to support business requirements
  • Work with business users to design and develop Cognos BI reports using Report Studio with data drill-down and slice-and-dice options
  • Design and develop complicated reports including sub-reports, graphical reports and well-formatted reports according to user requirements.
  • Develop and implement test plans to ensure successful delivery of a project
  • Design, implement and administer Cognos securities and BI Portal
Train and support Cognos end users (information consumers and power users) Skills Required:

  • Hands on experience with Cognos BI, including Framework Manager, Report Studio and Analysis Studio
  • Ability to collaborate on a team with infrastructure, data warehouse and business analyst resources, and clearly communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical team members
  • Knowledge of BI/Data Warehouse concepts
