Software Development Engineer - Optimization
We are looking for a Software Development Engineer to join our team and help optimize and enhance features in our Application for both Windows and Linux platforms. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing any necessary drivers to access system and process level data required by the application.
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Sysmon service and device drivers for Windows and Linux
- In-depth understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems, including architecture, system calls, and security mechanisms
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux registry and system configurations for monitoring and securing settings
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux file systems for monitoring and managing file activities
- Ability to troubleshoot OS crashes, whether kernel or driver-related
- Familiarity with ethical hacking and penetration testing methods to pinpoint application vulnerabilities
- Proficiency in optimizing system resource usage to minimize the impact on system performance
- Strong programming skills in C and C++
- Experience in developing Cybersecurity products would be advantageous
- Proficient in Data Structures
- Previous experience leading teams to meet project goals technically and managerial
- Hands-on experience in resolving complex system issues with strong problem-solving abilities
- Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
