  • Devise and execute strategies for enhancing processes, optimizing resources, and reducing costs.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to the management team and employees, cultivating a culture of excellence and ongoing development.
  • Manage budget planning and execution, ensuring financial goals are achieved.
  • Interpret technical schematics and plans to streamline production processes and enhance product standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety, health, and environmental protocols.
  • Collaborate with sales, logistics, and other teams to meet product delivery deadlines.
  • Deliver regular updates on factory performance, operational hurdles, and advancements towards strategic objectives to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 15 years experience in woodworking or furniture manufacturing, with a strong emphasis on leadership positions.
  • Demonstrated track record as a Factory Manager or in a similar managerial role in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficiency in project management, financial planning, and technical blueprint interpretation.
  • Fluency in English, coupled with superb communication abilities.
  • Must be open to relocating to Kuwait.
