We are on the lookout for a seasoned Engineering Manager with a solid background in software development, product innovation, and supply chain management (SCM).

  • Lead the team of software engineers in product development, innovation, and SCM solutions.
  • Shape the technical roadmap and architecture to align with business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to deliver high-quality software products and SCM solutions.
  • Mentor and nurture team members to cultivate a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, drive the adoption of new technologies, and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in software development, at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing product development teams.
  • Strong technical acumen in software development methodologies, tools, and technologies.
  • Experience in SCM development would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration with diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a zeal for technology, product innovation, and SCM.
