Job Title: Head of Information Technology


Company Overview: The Head of Information Technology plays a crucial role in leading the IT department to meet the company's strategic objectives.


The incumbent will oversee the implementation of technology initiatives, ensure cybersecurity measures, and drive the digitalization of processes organization-wide.



Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement IT strategies aligning with company's growth plans.
  • Maintain robust cybersecurity measures for uninterrupted business operations.
  • Enhance SFA and Distributor Management system efficiency with adequate controls.
  • Lead readiness for new plant infrastructure and systems.
  • Execute digital projects to enhance productivity and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide guidance on IT projects ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for enhancing company's capabilities.
  • Manage IT budget effectively for optimal resource utilization.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the IT department.

Desired Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum 18 years of experience in IT management with 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Track record of leading successful IT initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and project management skills.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, especially SAP.
  • Strong team management and stakeholder communication skills.
