A fast-growing and VC-funded product fintech rapidly growing its organization to capture growth.

The company offers AI and Blockchain-based integrated solutions to Banks, NBFCs, Insurance, and Mutual Funds to expedite their digital transformation journey.

The company offers digital customer onboarding solutions that have found wide acceptance among BFSI customers. It is soon going to launch an integrated solution to digitize back-office operations for BFSI clients. The company is on an expansion spree both domestically and internationally.

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 2-6 years

Education : B.tech is a must

Role Definition :


In the Business Analyst role, you will be a part of the delivery team that implements our platform for our clients.

On one side, you will be interfacing with the business and operations users from the client side to define the scope of the project, gather detailed business requirements, and document them.

On the other side, you will work with the Signzy configuration and technology teams to set the product up based on the documented client requirements for testing and final production usage by the clients and their customers.

This role will :

  • Under general direction, formulate and define system scope and objectives using knowledge of information technology and industry knowledge/requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between customer and technical solutions/support groups, using strong communication skills to elicit, document, analyze, and validate business processes, systems, and solution requirements.
  • Research, identify, and specify solutions to problems.
  • Support and conduct visualization, user experience, and configuration elements of solution design. Document requirements specifications using highmaturity methods, processes, and tools.
  • Support requirements management and change management processes.
  • Support aspects of the business cycle, including proposals, feasibility studies, and implementations.
Essential Skills/Qualifications/Understanding of :

Business Analysts in this role will have successfully demonstrated the following skills :

 capturing details with precision; driving out ambiguity; ensuring consistent understanding across clients, designers, and testers

4. Scope Management - defining scope, managing expectations, identifying potential change

5. Requirements Management - creating and maintaining baselines and traceability

6. Change Management - identifying, assessing, and managing changes

7. Creativity and Problem Solving - bringing innovative ideas to complex problems

8. Collaboration - building relationships and working effectively with internal and external teams, at all organizational levels

9. Effective Communication

- Verbal : explaining, questioning, exploring, and listening

- Written : presenting information and communicating concepts to business and technical audiences at all levels.

Educational background :
 Should include a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or a Master's degree
