Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning- Act as an ambassador and representative to promote positive relationships and strong partnerships for the benefit of the organization Drives the development of strategic business and financial plans, in alignment with overall corporate goals Should have superior people skills and develop a knack towards understanding and communicating product benefits through telephony based communication.
Operational Efficiencies- Achievement of overall sales of the region (Including Travel Agent Partners & Distributors) and monitoring performance (Individual & Overall) on daily basis. Implementation, feedback, and co-ordination on various promotional & Incentive programs launched by product team Ensure credit control and adherence of KYC norms as per company policy Assist in implementation of Promotions and below the line activities in conjunction with the Business Head for new acquisition of customers across segments. Generate high potential acquisition leads through systematic calling programs and driving necessary efficiencies

  • Fluent in the regional language-
  • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role-
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects-
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-
  • Cool-tempered and ability to handle rejection-
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints-
  • High school diploma; B.Sc./BCom will be a plus
