This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary and emergency medical care to patients in accordance with established medical protocols and standards of care.
  • Conduct medical assessments, examinations, and consultations to diagnose and treat illnesses and injuries.
  • Prescribe and administer medications and treatments as necessary, and monitor patient responses.
  • Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and preventive healthcare measures.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, specialists, and allied health professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of healthcare programs, policies, and protocols aimed at improving patient outcomes and quality of care.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in oncall duties and respond to medical emergencies as required.

Qualifications:

  • MBBS from an accredited medical school.
  • Board certification or eligibility in a primary care specialty (e.g., internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine).
  • State medical license and DEA registration.
  • Minimum of 23 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong clinical skills and proficiency in medical procedures and techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment and make sound clinical judgments under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a hospital, clinic, or other healthcare facility.
  • Additional certifications or training in areas such as advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), pediatric advanced life support (PALS), or trauma care.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical software.
