About the Team:
This team works under general supervision with increased latitude for independent judgment. Identifies non-routine issues and routes/escalates to appropriate team member. Works on multiple concurrent projects of medium complexity. Provides project status reports to management or senior peers.

What you will be doing:
Design, provision, change and disconnect network circuits.
Audit utilizations to determine circuit usage and billing.
Create and submit appropriate Request templates to initiate LEC actions.
Utilize telecom systems to track all activities during the provisioning process.
Manage queue performance per workflow process in a timely manner, On-time delivery.
Closely working with the vendors for Incident resolution and RCA.Phone/ email communications to all stakeholders on task updates.


What you bring:4 to 6 Years of experience in ISP, Data Services, LAN , WAN, Vendor Management, Project Coordination,Understanding of Voip systems including voice circuits( SIP, Analog, PRI)Basic Understanding of PBX systems like Call Manager, Voice Mail System etcExperience in work and provision in all systems (Ethernet, SDWAN, DIA, SIP, Broadband and Wireless)Knowledge/familiarity with networking concepts, VLAN, handoffs and activations.

Prior wireline/ wireless network provisioning experience.
Familiarity with provisioning applications (Telco portals)Willing to work in 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Added bonus if you have:

Exposure ServiceNow (SNOW) incident management systemProfessional experience working with Cisco and network service providers such as Lumen, Zayo, AT&T, Verizon, etc.

Familiar with Visio drawings and validate record updating.
Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, , waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software developmentProficiency in order request submission and coordination to LEC
