Responsibilities:

i)

Data Management:
Collect, validate, and organize data from various sources within the organization. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

ii)

Data Analysis:
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Prepare reports, charts, and graphs to present findings to management.

iii)

Report Generation:
Generate regular reports as per the requirements of management and other departments. Provide timely and accurate reports to support decision-making processes.

iv)

Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement and optimization within the MIS function. Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

v)

Financial Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyzing financial data and preparing monthly reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

vi)

Accounts Receivable and Payable Management:
Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments. Preparing and processing invoices for customers and clients. Monitoring and following up on outstanding payments. Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.

vii)

Budgeting and Expense Control:
Providing recommendations for cost-saving measures and process improvements.

viii)

Collaborating with other Departments:

Coordinating with other departments, such as Sales and Operations to gather data and information for reporting and analysis purposes.

Collaborating with colleagues to resolve financial and operational issues.

PAY- According to the relevant experience and industry norms.

Job Types:
