ABOUT THE ROLE

ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES

Overall 6+ years of development experience with minimum 4+ years of Salesforce Development experience Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and communities . Salesforce Development/Customizations, Lightning Components experience Design and implement solutions leveraging Salesforce out of box features Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Design and improve internal development methodologies Propose technology solutions to enable the business to meet/exceed those goals. Analyze business requirements and create technical design documents that are in accordance with the company's architecture standards. Demonstrates strong understanding of the business needs driving the projects.

MANDATORY SKILLS :

Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and communities Experience of taking business requirements and designing solution Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Familiarity with modern development practices and the software development life cycle Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and produce quality results under pressure.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Master's / Bachelor's degree or equivalent

PREFERABLE INDUSTRY : IT

OVERALL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE : 4-6 Years
