Halma India:

Halma India is a subsidiary of Halma International which operates as a hub for incubating local units of international group companies. The hub provides resources for market development, technical services, software development and engineering design. It also provides guidance on India market information, business strategy start-up and statutory facilitation, payroll administration, recruitment, marketing and PR, training and development.

Halma India hub also acts as a principal distributor to stock and trade the products of International Group Companies in India. In future, the hub will also support assembly and manufacturing services. In the long run, as all companies start their own local units, Halma India will continue to guide and govern the group in India.

Position Objective:

  • Support the Integration and Data, Solutions Architects in solutions delivery, participation on functional requirements gathering, functionality outlining, testing and deployments
  • Design and build modern integration and business solutions using Azure services and the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Support the adoption of BI and Data Science initiatives by demonstrating practical experience of utilizing Integration, Data and BI tools, such as Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps./Service Bus/API Management/Event Grid) and Power BI to achieve real-world results

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Azure integration services
  • Own the solution and operate the integrations
  • Provide continuous improvements – design and develop changes in operations

Critical Success factors:

  • Proven Technical Acumen - Will have a deep technical skillset, able to directly support the build out of the solutions, architecture, and design approaches, with experience in Azure eco system
  • Operational Excellence - Previous experience in a solution development role. Must be comfortable with working across multiple complex work streams simultaneously.

Academic qualification:

  • BE/B. Tech/ME/M. Tech (preferably in IT)/ MCA
  • Azure solution architect certified – preferred

Experience:

  • 2 - 4 years of experience with Azure Cloud
  • Hands on Azure Cloud particularly in the areas of Azure integration services like Logic Apps./Service Bus/API Management/Event Grid with Power BI & Azure DevOps
  • Capable of taking requirements from multiple companies and shaping a cohesive architecture that offers real benefits of adoption.
