Essential Functions

• Validates the project scope, plans and schedules for moderately complex projects; adheres to metrics for project success and begins to suggest appropriate metrics; provides input to and applies standards (e.g. delivery process, roles and responsibilities, operational norms, compliance).

• Identifies risks to program success and escalates to management as necessary.

• Manages project delivery process, scope, and costs of moderately complex projects under broad supervision; drives completion of the project.

• TManages stakeholder relationships; develops and executes communication plan.

• Manages change by identifying impacts of the project, building awareness and support for change within the organization, and contributing to development of training.

• Evaluates project results against success metrics; recommends or implements changes to processes, resources and solutions that improve productivity and end product.

• Consistently delivers established team reporting and guidance metrics.

IT Project Manager / Agile Coach

Job Responsibilities:

Train executives, managers, leaders, agile teams on agile and Scaled Agile framework Identify value streams and agile release trains Author and lead scaled agile implementation plan Lead program teams to launch ART and through Program Increments Coach teams on agile and scaled agile maturity Lead ART execution bringing innovative solutions to deliver successfully Provide direct oversight and coaching for scrum masters Coach architects, UI/UX design team, support teams on their role in Scaled Agile Coach scrum teams on becoming self-managing and self-organizing in a Scaled Agile Create evaluations of team progress, pain points, successes, and new steps Contribute to SoPs by documenting best practices and industry implementation methods Other duties as assigned or requested.

Coaching / teaching / mentoring / training Meeting/workshop planning and coordination Strong communication skills and experience influencing change Leverage agile mindset & related frameworks Applying Scaled Agile framework for lean enterprises Coach leaders on changes needed to enable team productivity Foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement Apply the servant leadership mentality

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

8-10 years of working with agile enabled teams 3 years of Project level experience working as a scrum master Experience leading 3-5 Program Increments (PI) Experience setting up 1-2 Agile Release Trains (ART) Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional ScrumMaster (PSM 1) SAFe Agilist Certification (SA) and/or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) Experience leading/participating in SAFe CoP (preferred)
