We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager specializing in Retail, proficient in cash flow management, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will be in charge of supervising the company's financial functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow management, among others.

We need someone proactive, detail-oriented, and with strong analytical skills to excel in a fast-paced setting.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Flow Management:
    • Monitor and maintain the company's cash flow to ensure operational liquidity.
    • Create cash flow projections and devise strategies for optimal cash flow.
    • Identify and address cash flow risks.
  • Financial Reporting and MIS:
    • Prepare and assess financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Establish and manage management information systems (MIS) for precise and punctual financial reporting.
    • Analyze financial data and offer insights to aid strategic decision-making.
  • Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable:
    • Supervise accounts receivable and accounts payable activities.
    • Ensure prompt invoicing, collections, and payments.
    • Implement procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy in AR and AP.
  • Financial Analysis and Review:
    • Carry out regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and enhancement opportunities.
    • Examine and rectify financial statements to ensure precision and adherence.
    • Offer suggestions for cost management and revenue optimization.

Requirements:

  • Masters's degree or professional certification like CA/Inter CA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in finance management, especially in the retail sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cash flow management, financial reporting, and analysis.
  • In-depth understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable procedures.
  • Proficiency in financial tools and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
