JobResponsibilities

PresalesLeadership:
Collaboratewith the sales team to understand customer requirements and developcompelling OCI cloudnativesolutions.

Lead thecreation of technical proposals presentations estimations anddemonstrations to showcase the value of OCI cloudnativearchitecture to potentialclients.

Act as atrusted advisor to clients providing expert guidance on OCIcloudnative architecture and bestpractices.

  • DeliveryManagement:Oversee theendtoend delivery of OCI cloudnative projects ensuring successfulimplementation and customersatisfaction.
Define projectscope objectives and deliverables and develop detailed projectplans.

Manage projectresources timelines and budgets to ensure projects are delivered ontime and withinbudget.

Monitor projectprogress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies toensure successful project outcomes.

ProgramManagement:
Lead and managemultiple OCI cloudnative projects simultaneously ensuring alignmentwith organizational goals andobjectives.

Develop andmaintain programlevel plans schedules andbudgets.

Coordinate withcrossfunctional teams to ensure effective communication andcollaboration throughout the programlifecycle.

Monitor programperformance identify areas for improvement and implement correctiveactions as needed.

TeamLeadership:
Lead a team ofarchitects providing guidance mentorship and support to ensuretheir professional growth anddevelopment.

Foster acollaborative and inclusive team culture promoting knowledgesharing and continuouslearning.

Conductperformance evaluations provide feedback and identify trainingneeds for teammembers.

EssentialSkills

Bachelor sdegree in computer science Engineering or a related field. Mastersdegreepreferred.

Extensiveexperience in presales delivery and program management preferablyin the cloud servicesindustry.


Strongknowledge and handson experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure(OCI) architecture and core OCI services like compute storagesecurity (IAM) Logging and monitoring events and notificationsoracle functions Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE) Audit Loadbalancers Web Application Firewall (WAF).

Proven trackrecord of successfully leading and delivering complex OCIprojects.

Excellentcommunication and presentation skills with the ability toeffectively communicate technical concepts to both technical andnontechnicalstakeholders.

Strongleadership and team management skills with the ability to motivateand inspire ateam.

Exceptionalproblemsolving and decisionmakingabilities.

Relevantcertifications in OCI or related cloud technologies are highlydesirable.

Creating theHighlevel design (HLD) and Lowlevel design (LLD) documents withlogical and technical architecturediagrams.

Job Summary We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager, OCICloud Native Architect to join our team.

This role requires a deepunderstanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and extensiveexperience in presales, delivery, and program management, with afocus on cloud-native architecture.

The successful candidate willbe responsible for leading a team of architects, driving successfulpresales activities, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of OCIprojects, and managing program-level initiatives.

This is asenior-level position that requires strong leadership, technicalexpertise, and exceptional communication skills. JobResponsibilities 1.

Presales Leadership:
Collaborate with the salesteam to understand customer requirements and develop compelling OCIcloud-native solutions. Lead the creation of technical proposals,presentations, estimations, and demonstrations to showcase thevalue of OCI cloud-native architecture to potential clients. Act asa trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on OCIcloud-native architecture and best practices. 2.

DeliveryManagement:
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of OCI cloud-nativeprojects, ensuring successful implementation and customersatisfaction. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables,and develop detailed project plans. Manage project resources,timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time andwithin budget. Monitor project progress, identify risks, andimplement mitigation strategies to ensure successful projectoutcomes. 3.

Program Management:
Lead and manage multiple OCIcloud-native projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment withorganizational goals and objectives. Develop and maintainprogram-level plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate withcross-functional teams to ensure effective communication andcollaboration throughout the program lifecycle. Monitor programperformance, identify areas for improvement, and implementcorrective actions as needed. 4.

Team Leadership:
Lead a team ofarchitects, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensuretheir professional growth and development. Foster a collaborativeand inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing andcontinuous learning. Conduct performance evaluations, providefeedback, and identify training needs for team members. EssentialSkills Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or arelated field. Master's degree preferred. Extensive experience inpresales, delivery, and program management, preferably in the cloudservices industry.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience withOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) architecture and core OCIservices like compute, storage, security (IAM), Logging andmonitoring, events and notifications, oracle functions, OracleKubernetes Engine (OKE), Audit, Load balancers, Web ApplicationFirewall (WAF) .

Proven track record of successfully leading anddelivering complex OCI projects. Excellent communication andpresentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicatetechnical concepts to both technical and non-technicalstakeholders.
