Responsibilities:

Manage all accounts receivables and payablesImplement financial systems to monitor all the cash flow management, financial reporting, grant management and compliance, budgeting, internal control, financial record-keeping and accounting information consolidationCreate monthly financial reports and investor updatesWork in gathering data and offer the needed support for audits and complianceDo a monthly reconciliation for the accounts including credit cards and banks.

Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives and oversee projects of high importance.
Participate in regular meetings with the Management Team to discuss business issues, update processes, analyze issues, and challenge suggestions.

Assess inquiries directed to the CEO, determine the proper course of action, and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage.

Help coordinate business wide procedures and work to improve existing processes for maximum clarity, efficiency and success.

Must have skills:
Solid understanding of SaaS businessesExcellent time management, organizational and follow-up skills.
Analytical and strategic thinker who can plan, organize, execute and report out ideas and results.
Experience working with an executive team to drive an organization forward in a start-up, entrepreneurial environment.
Experience with statistical analysis and financial forecastingSuccessful analytical experience, with ideas on how to drive the organization.
Experience in Finance/Banking sections of Startups.

Education and Experience :
Degree in finance or business/MBA/CA/BCom and atleastAt Least 1+ years of experience in accounting operations managing accounts receivable or accounts payable
