Key Responsibilities :

ABAP Development :

  • Design, develop, and maintain ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF objects) based on business requirements.
  • Implement custom enhancements and modifications to standard SAP functionality using ABAP Workbench and ABAP Objects.
  • Optimize ABAP code for performance and efficiency, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
SAP Integration and Data Migration :

  • Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP and external systems using technologies such as RFC, IDoc, BAPI, and web services.
  • Perform data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), using SAP Data Services (BODS) or other ETL tools.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency during data migration and integration processes.

SAP Customization and Configuration :

  • Customize and configure SAP modules according to client requirements, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and other SAP solutions.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement custom solutions.

Performance Tuning and Optimization :

  • Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize SAP systems for improved performance and scalability.
  • Conduct performance analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting to resolve issues and enhance system efficiency.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing :

  • Create technical documentation, including design documents, specifications, and user guides, to support development activities.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 9 to 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP development, with a strong focus on SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
  • Expertise in ABAP programming language, ABAP Workbench, ABAP Objects, and SAP development tools.
  • Proficiency in SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI/CO, PP, or others.
  • Experience with SAP integration technologies, including RFC, IDoc, BAPI, and web services.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
