Job Summary:


As a Telemarketing Representative for the Smart Tec Team, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and promoting our products and services over the phone.

Your primary objective will be to identify sales opportunities, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanour, and a proactive approach to driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Smart Tec Team's products and services.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to engage leads and generate interest in our offerings.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and prioritize prospects for follow-up.
  • Gather relevant information from leads and update CRM databases accurately.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly quotas for qualified appointments set.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Smart Tec Team's products, services, and industry trends.
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve telemarketing strategies and campaign effectiveness.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while representing Smart Tec Team professionally at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in data entry and management.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to prospecting and lead generation.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of technology products and services is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
