Scalekit enables B2B, SaaS products to be enterprise-ready in days. Our mission is to make it easier for SaaS products to scale into the enterprise segment without the usual engineering overhead and longer timelines to go to market. We are making "enterprise readiness" simple.

Role : We are looking for a Frontend Engineer who can design and develop frontend experiences on our product and website. The ideal candidate takes pride in writing clean, efficient code and ships high-quality software in production.

You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and aren't deterred with unknowns. You'd work closely with a cross functional team of product, design, backend engineers - opportunity to work on complex technical challenges and contribute to the growth of Scalekit.

To be successful in this role, you should have proficiency on the core web technologies such as Javascript, HTML, CSS, and responsive web applications. You should have experience executing several production projects from conception to production, including web applications and websites.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and enhance user experiences for our web application. Work closely with PMs, UX designers and engineering teams to develop frontend capabilities from concept to release
  • Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality frontend code
  • Debug and fix production issues, lead blameless retrospectives

Prior Experience needed:

  • 2-4 years of frontend application development experience. Prior experience in developing responsive web applications, writing unit and integration tests
  • Proficiency in core web technologies: Javascript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience in at least one modern UI framework such as ReactJS, AngularJS
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming
  • Prior experience of working with design tools such as Figma, Illustrator
  • Knowledge of testing best practices and understanding of CI/CD
