HR Operations Specialist - Talent Management

Your role and responsibilities

  • Executing talent management processes and consolidating data for processes like Performance and Development Appraisal (PDA), midyear review and succession planning
  • Managing system administration related to the talent management processes and coordinating various internal assessments
  • Ensuring appropriate service delivery support for internal stakeholders and oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all talent management stakeholders
  • Ensuring execution and delivery of talent management services according to defined service level agreement(s)
  • Responding to employee inquiries in an appropriate IT system (ticket tool)
  • Recommending continuous improvements and simplify existing talent management processes and procedures based on experience with stakeholders
Qualifications for the role

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in HR shared services in a global organization will be advantageous Experience in HR shared services, SAP, Payroll will be an added advantage
  • Experience working on ERP tools would be preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, along with organizing, coordinating and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
