About the role

As an IT & D Senior Business Analyst, Data Engineer at Reckitt, you'll be instrumental in sculpting the data infrastructure that powers a global leader in consumer goods. Your responsibilities
  • Support/lead medical data & analytics, i.e. MCIX and dynamic omni-channel cycle plan automation, advanced analytics as part of Reckitt medical digital eco-system
  • Proven Project Management experience estimating project cost and resource needs, controlling scope, leading external providers to deliver on time and on budget.
  • Partner with other members of the data & analytics teams such as business team and delivery team to drive best practices and optimized data and reporting solutions and align on solution requirements
  • Drive and lead standardization of reports on a cross-functional or global/regional basis leveraging strong business process and data knowledge.
  • Enforce use of standards, guidelines and best practices for use of global data warehouse and reporting solution platforms. Provide recommendations, plans, and leadership to fully integrate MS Azure and PowerBI to ensure MJN business needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Drive the development of medical dashboards and KPIs as well as have a full grasp of actionable KPIs on Field Force CRMs
  • Influence and negotiate with business stakeholders, delivery teams and sourcing partners with primary responsibility for the successful delivery of quality reports and analytics.
The experience we're looking for
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT with more than five-year experience in data & analytics or related fields such as business intelligence and data scientist.
  • Self-driven with a passion for data & analytics
  • Exceptional analytical skills and comfortable with a lot of data and drawing insights to make informed decisions.
  • Good organisation with strong project management skills to work with multiple teams across different countries.
  • Strong team player who is collaborative and also able to carry out tasks independently while delivering timely results.
  • Meticulously study performance and user behaviour and fine-tune strategies to increase engagement.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels and teams.
  • Technical knowledge with MS Azure and PowerBI or related products
