Job Role:
A R&D project manager is a key person in a research and development project. They are responsible for managing the design, planning, implementation and evaluation of R&D projects. They are responsible for the success of the project, and for coordinating teams at every stage of the product life-cycle

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the designing, planning, implementation and evaluation of R&D projects in the domain of IoT, Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence etc.
  • Oversee technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. This includes software development, infrastructure enhancements, and other technical initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends, conducting research and assessments to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Communicate technical strategy, progress, and challenges to the executive team, stakeholders, and non technical staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's of Technology or Master's degree in a relevant field ( e.g. Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology).
2. proven experience in a leadership role within a technical department.

  • Strong understanding of technology trends, industry best practices, emerging technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
