Job Description:

Implementation and Configuration:

  • Lead the implementation and configuration of CargoWise One according to business requirements, implementation and rollouts for new countries.
  • Customize the system to meet specific organizational needs and industry standards.
  • Candidates should have a strong knowledge of the Finance domain and Cargowise Financial configuration.

Training and Support:

  • Provide training to end-users and internal stakeholders on the effective use of CargoWise One.
  • Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for system-related issues.

Integration and Data Management:

  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate CargoWise One with other business systems.
  • Manage data migration and ensure data accuracy within the CargoWise One platform.

System Optimization:

  • Continuously assess and optimize the performance of CargoWise One to improve efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of updates and new features to leverage the full potential of the application.

Documentation:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures related to CargoWise One.

Compliance and Security:

  • Ensure that CargoWise One configuration adheres to industry compliance standards.
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive data within the application.
  • Proven experience as a CargoWise One Application Expert (Modules: - Forwarding, Custom, Warehouse, Finance & Accounting, Document & Report Customization, XML, MS-SQL, Registry & PAVE)
  • In-depth knowledge of CargoWise One functionalities and configurations like.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.
  • Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration strategies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills for training and supporting end-users.
  • Experience in documenting processes and configurations.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Logistics, or a related field.
  • CargoWise One Certification is highly desirable.
  • Degree/Diploma in Finance and Accounting.
