We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Milling and Turning Operator to join our manufacturing team.

Responsibilities:

Machine Setup:
Set up CNC machines according to job specifications, including loading materials, tools, and programs.

Operational Control:
Operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as milling, drilling etc., ensuring high-quality production.

Quality Checks:
Conduct quality checks to verify dimensions and ensure parts meet specified tolerances.

Tool Maintenance:
Monitor tool wear and change tools as needed, ensuring that machining operations run smoothly.

Troubleshooting:
Identify and troubleshoot issues during machine operation, making adjustments or stopping production when necessary.

Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of production, including adjustments made, tool changes.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a CNC Operator in a manufacturing environment.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Familiarity with measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.

Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machining issues.

Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Knowledge of safety protocols related to CNC machining.
