Job Description

As the Chief Astrologer, you will lead our team of astrologers, tarot card readers, numerologists, Vastu specialists and oversee the delivery of high-quality astrological services to our clients.

You will be responsible for analyzing astrological charts, and providing personalized guidance based on the principles of astrology.

Your insights will help individuals understand themselves better, anticipate significant life events, and make informed decisions in various aspects of life including relationships, career, finance, and health.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of astrologers, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to ensure consistent quality and adherence to ethical standards.2. Conduct in-depth astrological consultations with clients, including chart readings and interpretations, to provide personalized guidance and insights.3. Stay updated on astrological developments, research, and methodologies to continually enhance the quality and accuracy of our services.4. Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to create content, workshops, and events to promote astrology awareness and attract new clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience of 10+ years as a professional astrologer with a deep understanding of astrology principles, techniques, and methodologies.2. Certification or formal training in astrology from a recognized institution or organization is preferred.3. Strong analytical and intuitive abilities to interpret astrological charts and provide meaningful insights and guidance to clients.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex astrological concepts in a clear and understandable manner.5. Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team of astrologers to deliver exceptional service.
