RequirementsRole Purpose As a key member of our People Team, this role holder will use their analytical skills to transform People data into actionable insights, contributing to the development of strategic HR initiatives and fostering a data-driven culture within CivicaPrincipal Accountabilities Data Analysis - Conduct thorough analysis of People data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

Utilize statistical techniques and predictive analytics to enhance decision-making processes.

Reporting - Develop and deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards tailored to meet the specific needs of various stakeholders within Civica.

Ensure that People metrics are effectively communicated through visually appealing and user friendly reporting tools. Strategic Insights - Collaborate closely with leaders to align data insights with Civica's strategic objectives. Provide actionable recommendations based on HR data to support the continuous improvement of HR programs. Data Integrity - Implement and maintain data validation processes to guarantee the accuracy and reliability of HR data. Work collaboratively with IT and other relevant departments to address data quality issues promptly. Continuous Improvement - Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in HR analytics. Identify and propose opportunities for enhancing HR processes through innovative data-driven solutions.


Essential Competencies · Proven experience in HR data analysis and reporting, with a focus on delivering insights to drive strategic decision-making.

· Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). · Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related systems. · Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail. · Desirable: Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics in an HR context. · Certification in HR analytics or related field (or working towards)BenefitsLife at Civica:
