What you will be doing

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide system support for various components of the operating environment
  • Approve plans and enhancements for databases and data access tools
  • Improve procedures for database maintenance and access controls
  • Act as a senior Systems Administrator for enterprise applications
  • Offer expertise and support for CRM applications
  • Evaluate and prioritize system enhancements for improved performance
  • Recommend structural changes to the operating environment in collaboration with relevant teams
  • Develop and manage key documentation related to the operating environment
  • Collaborate with various teams to assess and document operating environment requirements
  • Assist in defining and preparing the operating environment for new installations or migrations
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

BS Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology along with SAP Certification is required. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architecture design and implementation. Proficiency in shell scripting and experience with multiple SAP implementations and operations.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. Preferred Certifications include Salesforce Certified Administrator and ITIL, ITSM Certifications.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in application support or administration.
