You'll have unique opportunities to grow within diverse, high-achieving teams and take your career to new heights.Role Summary:As a Specialty Care Advisor (SCA) at Bristol Myers Squibb, you'll be responsible for driving sales of Hematology products in specific territories. By engaging with healthcare professionals, you'll promote our brands in Beta Thalassemia and Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) to benefit the right patients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote BMS Hematology Brands in B Thalassemia and MDS indications to Healthcare Professionals in AP & Telangana states.
  • Manage accounts effectively, demonstrate superior selling skills, and meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Segment and profile potential customers, tailoring plans to different customer segments in the assigned territory.
  • Handle multiple tasks like sales calls, customer marketing activities, and collaborate with functions such as medical and marketing teams.
  • Interact with customers using a patient-centered approach.
  • Ensure business objectives are met, achieve Sales Force metrics, and collaborate with Key Account teams.
  • Work with the Medical team to raise awareness of BMS products in public markets.
  • Contribute to territory development plans, leveraging business analytics to drive growth.
  • Organize CME events, meetings, and activities to enhance product awareness.
  • Manage territory efficiently, ensuring time management and resource utilization align with organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate hospital formulary inclusion to facilitate product usage.
  • Maintain product, competitor, and healthcare environment knowledge.
  • Report safety information as per BMS Standard Operating Procedures.
Experience and Knowledge:
  • Specialization in Hemoglobinopathies, Hematology, or Oncology.
  • Experience in public market business and launching innovative molecules.
  • Strong understanding of scientific information acquisition.
  • Proven track record of meeting objectives and demonstrating BioPharma Behaviors.
  • Expertise in customer segmentation, resources allocation, and working with Thought Leaders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, and knowledge of MS Office.
  • Consistent sales track record and willingness to travel.
  • Pharmacy/Science Graduate with experience in relevant areas.
Languages:
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local languages.
