Blockchain Developer
Job Responsibilities :
Stakeholder Liaison :
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to comprehend business processes.
Proof of Concept (POC) Development :
- Lead the development of POCs for identified process areas.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams to validate feasibility and propose improvements in efficiency, costeffectiveness, and security.
Project Experience :
- Demonstrate handson experience in at least two pilot blockchain projects.
- Showcase successful implementation and measurable impact of blockchain solutions.
Technical Proficiency :
- Possess deep technical knowledge of multiple blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, Corda).
System Development and Support :
- Design, develop, and implement blockchainbased networks and applications.
Implementation Lifecycle Ownership :
- Take ownership of the entire implementation lifecycle from design to stabilization.
- Collaborate with relevant functions to ensure seamless integration and adaptation of blockchain solutions.
Financial Services Experience :
- Have prior experience implementing blockchain interventions within a financial services organization.
- Understand regulatory requirements and compliance considerations specific to financial applications of blockchain technology.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience in blockchain development and implementation, preferably in financial services.
- Strong understanding of cryptography, consensus algorithms, and decentralized applications (dApps).
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in blockchain development (e.g., Solidity, Golang, JavaScript).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Certifications in blockchain technologies (e.g., Certified Blockchain Developer) are a plus.
