  • Manage the order process for specific products, including entering orders into specialized systems and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Escalate any delays to internal teams, including senior members when necessary
  • Maintain defined standards for quality and productivity
  • Handle internal customer queries and communications professionally
  • Collaborate with teams to meet customer requirements and attend team meetings
  • Responsible for online maintenance, subscription management, and access-related issues
  • Assist billing team with invoice validation
  • Monitor group email for timely responses
  • Manage customer master data
  • Meet volume, service, and quality targets
  • Shift timing: 12pm to 9pm IST
  • Work Location: Bangalore
About You:
  • Graduate/post-graduate in commerce or accounting
  • Proficient in data interpretation
  • Familiar with computer systems; SAP, Sales force knowledge is a plus
  • Customer-focused with attention to detail
  • Strong aptitude for learning
  • Deadline-oriented with multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Flexible to work night shifts
