Your Role :


You will be responsible for driving the overall P&L, managing operations, optimizing supply chain processes, expanding new and existing business categories, building strategic alliances, and enhancing profit margins for Zepto.

This leadership role demands a strategic thinker with strong operational expertise, who can lead teams to deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.


P&L Management:
Develop and implement strategies to drive profitable growth.
Monitor financial performance and take corrective actions to meet revenue and profitability targets.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement best practices for operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Supply Chain Optimization:
Lead the supply chain strategy to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
Optimize inventory levels and reduce logistics costs.
Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to enhance supply chain performance.

New Business Expansion:
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the region.
Develop and execute market entry strategies for new products and services.
Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate business growth.

Existing Business & Category Expansion:
Drive the growth of existing business categories through innovative strategies.
Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for category expansion.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch new initiatives.

Category Building:
Develop comprehensive category plans to enhance market share.
Implement category-specific marketing and sales strategies.
Monitor and analyze category performance, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.

What We're Looking For :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field;
MBA preferred from Tier-1 institute.
Previous consulting experience or central planning in an ecommerce firm preferred

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, revenue planning, and analytics
  • Proven success in driving revenue and profitability in an ecommerce environment.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using planning and analytics software and tools.
