Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Procurement Intern with strong communication skills and computer proficiency to support our procurement team. This internship offers hands-on experience in sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain management. If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in procurement, this is a great opportunity for you.

If things go well, you will be offered a full time position at our organisation with better pay.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in researching potential suppliers, products, and services.
  • Help maintain accurate procurement records and communicate with suppliers.
  • Support negotiations with suppliers and analyze procurement data.
  • Provide general administrative support to the procurement team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to use computer software.
  • Detailoriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes is a plus.
  • Must have a laptop.
