Job Summary

The Manager of Sales will be responsible for driving sales growth within the Commercial & Institutional segment of our Real Estate Division. This role involves generating leads through direct and corporate sales initiatives, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Management
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through direct and corporate sales channels.
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and engage potential clients.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Sales & Business Development
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Present and promote Valkyrie Investment Advisors' real estate services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the commercial and institutional segments.
  • Provide exceptional client service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales and other team members to align on sales strategies and goals.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and research teams to support sales efforts.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy
  • Analyze market conditions, competition, and industry trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales tactics to capture market share.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in the commercial and institutional real estate sectors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on commercial and institutional segments.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong knowledge of the commercial and institutional real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
