Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop visually engaging marketing collateral, including:
  • Marketing website: Create compelling designs for the company's public-facing website
  • including solution pages, landing pages, banners, infographics, etc.
  • ensuring it represents our brand while delivering a seamless user experience.
  • Documents: Create visually appealing and professional documents, such as presentations, sales materials, whitepapers, and case studies, that align with brand guidelines.
  • Slide design: Develop engaging slide decks for presentations, webinars, conferences, and other events, incorporating our brand elements and delivering impactful visual storytelling.
  • Social media graphics: Design eyecatching visuals for social media platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Print materials: Create visually appealing designs for brochures, flyers, posters, and other print materials to support marketing initiatives.
  • Other: Design branded merchandise and promotional materials that effectively convey our brand identity and messaging.
  • Usercentric design:
  • Understand the user journey and design marketing materials that effectively guide users through the sales funnel, leading to increased product adoption and conversions.
  • Conceptualize and create eyecatching designs that effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize designs based on user feedback and analytics data to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Optimize designs for various platforms and devices to ensure optimal user experience and engagement.
  • Maintain brand consistency:
  • Act as a caretaker of the company's brand, ensuring all design outputs adhere to brand guidelines and represent our brand values cohesively.
  • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Assist in maintaining a library of design assets, templates, and style guides to facilitate efficient and consistent design production.
  • Questioning and problemsolving:
  • Engage in active communication with stakeholders & cross functional teams to gather requirements and understand the underlying problems that need to be addressed through design solutions.
  • Ask relevant questions to uncover the root causes and goals of projects, ensuring that design decisions are aligned with business objectives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and propose innovative ideas to enhance the visual appeal of marketing materials.

Required

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) as a graphic designer, preferably in a SaaS or technologyfocused company.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including web and digital design, branding, and marketing collateral.
  • Proficiency in industrystandard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects, Figma) and familiarity with prototyping tools.
  • Handson experience in Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Html, CSS, jQuery, bootstrap.
  • Animation Work and Video editing will be advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Ability to interpret marketing briefs and translate them into visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate and present design concepts to crossfunctional teams.
