Description:

Airbus is looking for a Software Developer to join in Bangalore, India, to develop prototypes based on python and Java technologies for Digital for Product Architecture. The IT Developer would be responsible for the development and maintenance of 2 applications managing MultiDisciplinary Optimisation Simulation in the context of NextGen Aircraft developments.

You will be working in Scaled Agile Framework development teams and also solve daily operational issues (incidents/problems) and participate actively in crisis calls if required.

Qualification & Experience:

Engineering graduate with 3-8 years of experience in engineering software applications (Design, development, infrastructure setup, support etc).

3-5 years of experience in software development.

Strong understanding of technical concepts, application frameworks & design principles .

Prior experience hands-on software development, Operations and DevOps engineering

Advanced knowledge on 3-tiers applications development including a Web frontend and backend

Strong knowledge of CICD & DevOps platform design & development

Strong knowledge on Openshift and PaaS technologies such as openshift

Knowledge of security best practices for applications, servers, and networks (Single Sign On)

Support technical discussions and explain options/choices to technical and non-technical audience

Basic understanding of coupled, decoupled, loosely coupled architectures.

Advanced experience in programming language JAVA, Python, REST, Angular, )

Awareness on working in Agile Scrum and/or Kanban projects

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Business users and IS/IT architects to understand the expectations

Propose quick wins solutions and prototyping answering the needs and demonstrating value

Coding and testing prototypes and proof of concepts based on 3DX and Java, able to quickly demonstrate the value of solutions covering business needs.

3DX platform administration and Database operations.

3DX Platform installation, upgrade and migration activities for future releases

TCL scripting/JPO support for automation, migration and deployment activities

Industrialie highly available, scalable, maintainable, monitored solutions

Contribute to technical discussions and explain chosen options and strategies

Design the best SecDevOps rules strategies for product lifecycle

Ensure that security and network compliance rules are respected

Coach the team, share knowledge & teach best practices about DevOps, CI/CD, Q&A, application performance monitoring.
