We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Care Representative to join our cleaning service company.

As a Customer Care Representative, you will play a crucial role in executing operations smoothly by ensuring excellent communication and coordination between our clients and our cleaning team.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients throughout their entire service experience.


Responsibilities:

Schedule cleaning appointments and coordinate with our cleaning team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences, providing accurate information and guidance as necessary.


Actively listen to client feedback and take appropriate actions to resolve any issues or complaints, striving to achieve complete customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service requests, and scheduling details using our CRM system or other designated software.

Collaborate closely with the operations team to optimize scheduling, resource allocation, and service delivery processes.

Assist in managing inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet client demands.

Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience and improve operational efficiency through feedback analysis and process improvements.

Uphold company policies and standards, including safety protocols, confidentiality guidelines, and service quality benchmarks.


Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in customer service to contribute to the company's ongoing success.


Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in using CRM software or similar tools.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or related field is a plus.

Salary:
From ₹12,000.00 per month
