IT Professional

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team at Emperos Collective. As an IT professional, you will play a key role in managing and maintaining our company's technology infrastructure.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hardware, software, and network systems, and providing technical support to employees.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company's hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, servers, network devices, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of our technology resources.
• Provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
• Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Implement and enforce security measures to protect the company's data and information systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and develop solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in IT technology and propose innovative solutions to enhance the company's IT infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT professional or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and systems administration.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Experience with network protocols, security protocols, and network management.
• Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
