  • Collaborate with clients, families, and relevant parties to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to the individual's needs.

Counseling and Support:

  • Provide empathetic and professional counseling to individuals, families, and groups to address emotional, psychological, and social issues.
  • Assist clients in developing coping strategies and problemsolving skills to enhance their overall wellbeing.

3.

Case Management:

  • Manage a caseload of clients by coordinating and monitoring services, resources, and referrals to ensure clients' needs are met effectively.
